forgiven or not?

the one where the doctor who helped terminaly ill people kill them self could be forgiven depending on if the paitent wanted the help or not. if the person was going to die and didnt want to go on with their sickness then it might be ok, but if they were sick and didnt want to die because their last year was good, and they didnt want to hurt their family and leav them with unfinished busness, then it wouldnt be ok.
